RFE/RL’s Turkmen Service, Radio Azatlyk, has made the information in our report about enforced disappearances in Turkmenistan available in Turkmen, through an interactive page on their website.  Currently, the page profiles 20 individuals who have disappeared inside the prisons of Turkmenistan, with brief information about each case appearing when scrolling over their image. 

This important collaboration with Radio Azatlyk provides a critical entry point for the Prove campaign into Turkmenistan. While gaining broad international resonance in the West, one of the campaign’s main objectives has always been to provide support and solidarity to the relatives and friends of the disappeared. Having our information available on this important, independent news source, in the Turkmen language, raises our hopes that those on the inside know the world has not forgotten; that they can hear our demands to the regime to ‘Prove They Are Alive!’.
