Convicted on May 22, 2013, by Lebap province court under Art. 174 p. 1; 175 p. 2; 177 p. 3; 275 p. 1, 2; 279 p. 2 s. “a,” “b”; 14-291 of the CCT. Sentenced to a long prison term.
